Ethics: Brunel Application Process (BREO) (A) - PLEASE NOTE: LAPTOPS ARE NEEDED AT THIS SESSION

PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE COMPLETED DR RICHARD GODFREY'S  'ETHICS' ONLINE LECTURE BEFORE ATTENDING THIS SESSION

Ethics approval for your PhD studies now requires use of the new online application system (BREO - Brunel Ethics Online).  This is a hands-on session on how to use BREO effectively.  We will look at some examples of the information you need to provide, and work through the sections of the application and its submission.  We will highlight how your application is reviewed by your Department and where necessary how to deal with any further amendment requests using the integrated features of BREO.  Clear understanding of ethics requirements and managing your application online will enable you to obtain approval for your planned PhD studies more effectively.  Please note that this is a workshop   only for those who will need to complete a BREO or NHS/IRAS  ethics application for your studies.  You may wish to confirm with your supervisor that you will need ethics approval before signing up for this workshop.
