Professional Skills for Research Leaders Course Online and Self Assessment Exercise
This introductory course offers a broad overview of some of the key principles and practices that underpin successful leadership in research. It will support with developing many of the professional skills (including grant-writing, team-building, collaboration, career planning and communication) and, through the on-screen activities and the 'Portfolio activities' in this course, participants can build an action plan to focus on the sections that are most relevant for their needs.
