Managing stress and looking after your well-being

Doctoral research can be stressful and sometimes the changes involved are rapid, leaving you feeling that the process is beyond your control. Meeting with others who have shared similar experiences can provide a useful alternative perspective and encourage you to think of your own situation in a new light.
