How To Organise Great Events

This workshop identifies what makes a great event along with the 3 factors that influence every event and the 4 W’s of highly successful events. Participants are introduced to 3 strategic tools to help plan the event journey and given a checklist to help ensure the nitty-gritty aspects of the event are effectively addressed.  Each participant identifies his or her preferred management style when organising an event and the workshop also focuses on how to motivate your organising team.
