Doctoral Research: Completing Successfully
Becoming a good researcher in any field requires the development of a variety of different skills. This half-day event provides you with an opportunity to meet other doctoral researchers from across the university, develop your research ideas, make the most of opportunities for skills training, think about your career options, and focus on the areas you need in order to successfully move towards the completion of your doctorate.
Aimed at
Doctoral Researchers (final stage over 24 months or part-time equivalent)Pre-requisites
This training event is for final stage doctoral researchers who have completed 24 months or more (or part-time equivalent) of their research.
Participants are asked to arrive on time and are expected to attend the whole session.

Health and Safety and general notice
Participants will be viewing presentations projected onto a screen. Participants may be required to move around and work in groups. Lunch and refreshments will be available at the venue.
