Ethics in Educational Research (Department of Education Doctoral Researchers only)

In this session we will introduce and discuss a number of theories, principles and guidelines of particular significance to ethical issues that arise in educational research

We will examine the practicalities and administration of ethics at Brunel (forms, where to find them, what to do with them) as well as reflect on ethical issues we may encounter in our work, what questions we need ask ourselves and how this contributes to reflective research practice. We will explore the requirements of the ‘research integrity’ module which should be completed prior to your 9 month review.
