Statistics PRO UCL (B)

ProUCL is a statistical package designed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for data sets with and without nondetect observations. Most of the statistical tests and methods (e.g., outlier tests, goodness-of-fit tests, single and two-sample hypothesis tests, oneway ANOVA, OLS regression, and trend analysis) are available under the statistical tests module. The programme can also be used to calculate the upper confidence limits (UCL), upper prediction limits (UPL) and upper tolerance limits (UTL) for normal, lognormal and distribution free datasets. During the training session we will be using different types of observations for data quality assessment (DQA) with the main focus on both descriptive and inference statistical analyses.  The programme is free and can be downloaded by visiting the following website:
