How To Hold An Effective Meeting

In this workshop participants reflect on the types of meetings held in their organisation – what’s good about them and what’s bad about them.   The workshop focuses on how to best plan for a meeting (agenda, invites) and the steps needed to ensure the meeting runs smoothly (individual roles, timing). Participants practise the key skills of asking great questions and being a great listener and we role-play an effective meeting. We conclude the workshop by identifying how to effectively assign actions to be carried out post-meeting.
